Hi
Everyone.Unfortunately we are having to
change our email address… our current one has apparently been sold to some kind
of a spam service and now we spend 5 minutes each day sifting out all the
garbage from our satellite server… you can imagine how much it costs to spend 5
minutes a day on a satellite just for spam!
Our new address is sailing@WindInMySails.com and is
already in effect. We’ll be leaving crew@WindInMySails.com running for a
few weeks during the changeover to catch anyone who misses it, but we won’t be
downloading it daily anymore once we switch over to the sailing address. We’ve
sent a carbon copy of this message from the new address as well because so many
servers won’t accept mail from unknown addresses, that way if you don’t see it
come in you can look for it and tell the server it’s legitimate to allow future
emails in from that address.
We had a very busy couple days
getting ready for our latest guests, they are onboard now and today is a special
day… Not only is it Terri’s birthday, but the 3 girls that are here came down to
celebrate one of their birthdays and it’s the same day as Terri’s, and her name
is Tere! The 3 girls are at the Peter Island Resort Spa today for a little more
pampering, and then we’ve planned a special night at the world famous Foxy’s
beach bar and restaurant where we’ll be celebrating both their birthdays… should
be fun!!
Anyway, don’t forget to change over
to the new address for any future emails and you can reply to the email from the
sailing@WindInMyCrew.com address if
you need or want to. Just please don’t add the new address into any mailing
lists or forward it without hiding it as a blind carbon copy so it doesn’t get
picked up by any ‘smart’ software and force us to change it
again.
Thanks everyone, take care and we’ll
look forward to hearing from you!
Cheers, Rick & Terri Sophisticated
