have a new charter option available for guests
that has quickly become our most popular booking! In an effort to provide you an
even better island experience, we're going to offer
a reduced rate based on a few less meals onboard the
boat, which will give you much more of an opportunity
to really discover the true culinary experience that
you can only find by sampling the local cuisine! We
still provide breakfasts, most lunches, and a couple tantalizing
dinners onboard to make sure you don't miss out on that
side of your holiday experience, but you will find your
holiday will be greatly enhanced by experiencing more
of what the locals have to offer in addition to your
onboard experience!

These
Special Rates apply to all bookings
for the 2010/11 Charter Season,
that
are placed on or before February 28th, 2010.

Prices do not include crew
gratuities (typically 15-20%) or applicable taxes / permits.
An additional 10% premium is added for bookings over Christmas and New Years.

All Charters include:
- fully furnished Stateroom with private bathroom;
- meals as outlined in rate sheet;
- standard brand beers, wines and liquors (Caribbean crewed charters);
- snorkeling equipment (mask, fins and snorkel);
- organization and booking of all activities during the charter period;
- booking of any on-shore accommodations at the request of charter guests;
- all suitable alternative arrangements that may be required during the charter period as a result of damage to, or failure of, any Wind In My Sails Inc equipment included as part of the charter package.
Not included in Charter:
- all transportation, accommodation or transfer costs related to travel to and from the charter location;
- all airport fees, departure or customs fees, or other fees and charges not related to the charter;
- all on-shore costs during the term of the charter, such as meals, accommodation or entertainment;
- all fees and equipment rental costs associated with any water or land-based sports or activities;
- any premium liquors, liqueurs, vintage wines or champagnes requested by charter guests. Any special orders will be charged at local rates and will be stocked on-board prior to arrival;
- any personal medical, travel accident or trip cancellation insurance, it is strongly advised that this be arranged in advance on an individual basis;
- any liability on the part of Wind In My Sails Inc for the loss or damage of any personal items or any personal injury or death during the charter term, except for that caused by willful neglect or negligence on the part of Wind In My Sails Inc or its staff.
- Prices do not include
gratuities (typically 15-20%), or applicable taxes / permits. Permits vary depending on
destination but are not typically more than $4US/person, per day (BVI’s)
with departure taxes typically about $20US/person.
- Please
note that as deposits are non-refundable, we strongly
advise the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect
you in the event you must cancel your vacation for
